HUNT FRONT AXLE ADAPTER SET FOR 4SEASON V2 DISC WHEELSETS 

Hunt 4Season Front Hubs용 15mm TA Adapter와 QR Adapter입니다. 아래 Hunt 휠셋이 해당되며 15mm TA 포크나 QR 포크가 장착된 프레임을 소유하신 분들이 아래 휠셋에서 15mm TA 사양을 선택하시면 본 Adapter로 교체되어 제공되며 기존 Hunt 12mm TA의 front wheel을 사용하시다가 15mm TA 또는 QR로 변경을 원하시는 경우 본 Adapter만 구매하여 교체하셔서 기존 휠셋을 계속 사용이 가능합니다.

후륜의 어댑터는 별도 상품으로 등록되어 있사오니 추가 구매하시기 바랍니다.

FITTING FRONT 15MM ADAPTORS:

1. 자전거에서 휠을 탈거하고 디스크로터나 디스크로터 어댑터를 탈거합니다.

2. 한번에 한쪽씩 장착하게 됩니다.

3. 기존 장착된 QR adaptor cap을 손으로 탈거합니다. (도구 불필요)

4. hub body 안쪽의 나사선을 천으로 깨끗하게 닦아줍니다. 

5. 15mm cap을 허브에 밀어서 장착합니다. (긴 것은 디스크 쪽에 짧은 것은 논디스크 쪽에 장착합니다.) 

6. 나사선이 있는 lock rings을 장착합니다. (참고로 12mm와 QR axle adaptors는 press-fit 방식으로 별도의 lock ring이 필요없습니다.)

7. 2.5mm hex key을 lock ring의 작은 홈에 삽입후 lock ring을 끝까지 돌리며 장착합니다.

8. 반대편도 동일한 과정으로 교체 작업을 해줍니다.

9. 휠셋을 포크에 끼운 후 15mm TA을 삽입하여 장착을 완료합니다.

FITTING FRONT 15MM ADAPTORS:

1. Remove wheel from bike and remove any disc rotors and disc rotor adaptors if fitted.

2. Fit one side at a time.

3. Pull out the QR adaptor cap with your hands, no tools required.

4. Clean the thread on the inside of the hub body with a rag.

5. Insert the central axle sized cap into the hub end (longer one on the disc side, shorter on the non disc side). This should be done with the widest part against the bearing.

6. Then slide over one of the threaded lock rings with the two small dimples. Please note that 12mm and QR axle adaptors are press-fit and do not require the lock ring.

7. Using a small hex key (e.g. 2.5mm) inserted in one of the dimples spin the threaded lock ring into the thread on the hub until it bottoms out on the thread.

8. Repeat on the other side.

9. This is now ready to fit your fork and axle.

Please note: The 15mm axle cup will be held within 0.5mm of the bearing hole and inserting and tightening your bolt thru axle will apply the correct amount of preload tension to securely hold all parts in place.
