Explorator는 가장 강력한 펑크 방지 기술인 Armis 3 flat protection 및 120 tpi casing 그리고 어떤 기후에도 대응할 수 있는 트레드 패턴을 가진 타이어로 초장거리 트레이닝이나 출퇴근용 타이어로 적합하다.

가장 높은 수준으로 도로 이물질이나 돌에 대응할 수 있는 Armis 3 펑크 방지 기술 적용

Armis 2처럼 bead에서 bead까지 2겹의 aramid fiber casing protection 적용과 함께 부드러운 승차감을 유지하면서 극강의 펑크 방지를 위해 트레드 부분에 추가적으로 aramid fibers 적용한 기술

Low Rolling Resistance Rubber 

낮은 구름 저항의 65a durometer rubber 사용

(durometer는 고무나 플라스틱의 경도 측정 기준으로 숫자가 높을수록 경도가 높음 / 20a ~ 90a)

Bead + Casing 

휠수 있는 aramid bead 및 120 tpi (threads per inch) casing 적용

EXPLORATOR - Four Season Road Tyres / Armis 3 Flat Protection

The Explorator is constructed with our highest level of Armis 3 flat protection, a high performance 120 tpi casing, and an all weather tread pattern for the ultimate long distance training and road bike commuting tire. 

The Explorator is designed for the everyday performance road rider with Armis 3 flat protection to fend off debris and roll through all four seasons of training miles.

Armis 3 Flat Protection

Our highest level of debris resistance, Armis 3 combines the bead to bead double layer aramid fiber casing protection of Armis 2 with an additional layer of the same aramid fibers at the tread for the ultimate in flat protection while maintaining a supple ride. 

Low Rolling Resistance Rubber 

Low rolling resistance 65a durometer rubber.

Bead + Casing 

Explorator tires feature a folding aramid bead and 120 tpi (threads per inch) casing.
